Your ecoLINK internet package is "sized" to support all of your connected devices at the same time and is often faster than a single device can handle, especially over a WiFi connection.
While newer devices should be able to handle greater speeds over WiFi, older devices may not do as well, even under ideal conditions.
For faster speeds, try using an Ethernet connection instead. Speeds through a hardwired connection are naturally faster than speeds over WiFi since there can be potential wireless interference.
Note that the maximum speed for ecoLINK's Gigabit Internet service over WiFi is limited to 1000 Mbps and the maximum speed over a hardwired Ethernet connection is limited to 940 Mbps. Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements for Gigabit service.
